Return & Refund policy

Products must be unopened and in the original condition. We should be communicated via e-mail at info@vedicblush.com within 7 days from original receipt of goods. Your proof of purchase/order information must also be included in the return.
**You have to always make an unboxing video while opening the packaging as a proof of receiving damage product or wrong product or product is missing.


1. What We Will Do Together?

Step 1 –Raise a return/ replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery, only if you’ve received wrong or an expired product(s).

You can also raise  request with us using the Chat option.
In case of damaged/ missing product(s), raise a return/ replacement request within the 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • Step 2 – Give 2 working days to us to review your return request.

  • Step 3 – After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up  products which is delivered to you.

  • Step 4 – In case, our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse your courier charges, either through the UPI Payment or the Net Banking Payment. 

  • Step 5 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that the replacement will depend only upon the stock availability.

2. Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product(s)?

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Expired product delivered

  • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging

  • Incomplete order – missing products

3. Under what conditions return/ my replacement  requests will not be accepted?

  • Opened/ used/ altered the products.

  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.

  • The return/ replacement request is generated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The damaged/ missing product is reported within 2 days from the date of delivery.

4. How are returns be processed?

Once you mail for a request to return a product, our pick up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the delivered item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is fully checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.


5. Can I cancel my order?

YES! why not, you can cancel the order.
Please mail us on info@vedicblush.com (Mon - Fri - 9 am to 6 pm), and we will help you in the cancelling the order.
Note - Orders can be only cancelled till the status is “Ready to Ship”.

6. How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or the returned product?

In case of the prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made from within 7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders customers will be required to provide bank details or UPI ID where they would like to receive their refund amount.

7. How long does it will take time to receive a refund amount for a cancelled order or returned product?

We will process your refund amount within 7 business days incase of the cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.

8. Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can also return any products that are eligible for the returns within the 7 days of delivery.
